Dates and commitment 

• Conference: 12–17 July 2026 (Vienna, ifors2026.at)
• Main shifts: 13–17 July, typically 08:00–18:00
• Additional shifts: Sun, 12 July (15:00–21:00) Registration & Welcome Reception; evenings 14–16 July

Who can join

• Bachelor’s and Master’s students
• Participation possible without a grade (internship certificate or certificate of attendance)

What you’ll do 

• Registration, info desk, participant support
• Room management, session assistance, logistics/AV
• Support program planning, PR, and social events within the Student Organizing Committee

Assessment

• Presentations, participation, and completion of assigned tasks across preparation and conference phases
• Attendance and active participation during the conference week are mandatory for a positive completion

• Email a short motivation (5–8 sentences), study program/ semester, and your availability for 12–17 July
